Donations on this site
A donation updates the campaign total. It does not transfer money from a bank. Because no bank payment is taken, there is no card or UPI refund to send back.
A donation recorded by mistake
Write to us with the campaign name, the amount, the date, and the email used at checkout. We can find that record and correct the campaign total if the same donation was counted twice or was recorded in error.
Anonymous donations
An anonymous donation hides the name on the campaign page. The email stays on the payment record, so include that email when you write about the donation.
Withdrawals
A withdrawal is a request by the organiser, not a donation. It can be paid only to the verified bank account, and only up to the amount still available. Marking it paid updates the record on this site. It does not send a bank transfer. A rejected request stays on the campaign with the reason.
Campaigns that are taken down
If a live campaign is removed because the story and the documents do not match, write to us with the campaign name. Recorded donations on this site are simulated, so removal does not create a bank refund.
